Sustainability Auditing (Executive MSc of Auditing Studies)

Do you aspire to become a well-informed ESG audit professional? And, in that way, make a positive impact on both your organisation and society as a whole? Sustainability Auditing is specifically designed for academically or post-HBO educated audit professionals with several years of work experience at, for instance, an accounting firm, bank, insurer, government agency or consultancy firm. Sustainability Auditing is one of the specialisation tracks within the Executive MSc of Auditing Studies.

In approximately 2 to 2.5 years, you will gain essential knowledge of ESG fundamentals, ESG reporting and assurance. You will also develop practical skills and capabilities to actively contribute to policymaking, transformation, implementation, reporting and internal auditing, as well as external ESG assurance. You will enhance your persuasive abilities and presentation skills, and learn to handle conflicts and resistance. You will also learn scientific research methods by writing a thesis on a topic related to ESG and assurance.
