About the programme
Digital Auditing enhances your technical and subject matter knowledge and improves your skills in IT auditing. You will also deepen your understanding of the relationship with financial and operational auditing and develop your advisory and research skills. In two years, you will learn about auditing and information technology from a broad perspective.

'The best part of this programme is the diversity of courses and lecturers from various fields. I've learned from experts in infrastructure, software, data management, financial auditing, AI and other ICT developments. The small classes, full of lively discussions about case studies, make the interactive lectures even more valuable.'
Mathijs Schouten- IT-Auditor at Auditdienst Rijk
The curriculum

In the second year, you will dive into system development and maintenance, DevOps, sourcing and ERP systems. You will also begin your graduation project in this year.

Wondering if this programme is a good fit for you?
Who will you be studying with?
We keep our classes small and personal, providing plenty of opportunities to ask questions. There is also ample space for group discussions, and you will collaborate on audit cases. You will therefore learn a lot from your fellow students and their specific fields of expertise. Additionally, in the first year, you will attend lectures alongside students from Internal Auditing and Sustainability Auditing.

‘Auditing is becoming increasingly data-driven. That’s why data science plays a prominent role in our programme. We also focus on current technological developments, but without succumbing to the temptations of the latest fads.’
